ABOUT US

Information About Our Properties

Zeisloft Housing is a family operated business that has been in the college rental industry for the last 20 years. We've downsized over the years and our two remaining properties are located just below Carver Hall on East 2nd Street. Each unit has two properties, and upstairs and downstairs apartment. Please see the property tab for more details regarding properties. Both houses are in an ideal location, within walking distance to the University as well as the amenities of down town.

Tenants are responsible to turn on the utilities to the apartments prior to moving in. Tenants are asked to have the heat turned on by the end of September, so any maintenance problems with the heat may be reported prior to the weather turning cold.

Garbage cans are located at each of the apartments.  Garbage must be placed curbside weekly for pickup.  DO NOT leave garbage piled up on porches.  The properties are checked on a regular basis.  Tenants who do not place their garbage in the garbage cans will be charged $50 for Zeisloft Housing to pick up the garbage.  Any fines received from the Town of Bloomsburg due to littering or debris around the apartments, as a result of the tenant’s failure to put your garbage in the appropriate containers, will be the responsibility of the tenants to pay.

Zeisloft Housing has a maintenance person who will cut the grass, clean up leaves and shovel snow in the winter.  The tenants are not responsible for this maintenance.

Recycling is mandatory in the Town of Bloomsburg.  Please visit their website at www.bloomsburgpa.org for more information on curbside containers and pick up dates.

As a reminder to all tenants, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS.  All tenants residing in the apartment will forfeit their security deposit if a pet is found in the apartment.

327 East Second Street has a lot in the back for tenants to park in. Please be advised that the lot is NOT maintained during winter weather. Street parking is also offered through the town of Bloomsburg.
